Many dates fill in advance, so it is always a good idea to make reservations as far ahead as possible. Since we are committed to providing the freshest ingredients, beautiful presentations, and complete preparation, we must limit the number of events we book on any one day.
We request all orders to be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. We understand meeting can arise unexpectedly, so we’ll do our best to accommodate last minute orders.
We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary.
Food minimum per order: (SF only)
After hours deliveries $600
50% Deposit required on all order over $2,000
Delivery hours: Monday – Friday: 7am – 4pm
Dinner and after hours events based on availability.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Delivery fee start at $30.00 per order, depending on location.
Please add $75 for chafing dishes pick ups.
After hours deliveries/events are subject to availability, labor and delivery fee.
Special Dietary Meals
Gluten-free, Lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, and any other special dietary meals can be provided for an additional fee.
We offer biodegradable products and recyclable disposals, $.50 per person.
Specialty Linen Please consult our sales team to see our large selection of specialty linen.
China, silverware, glassware and linen napkin can be provided for an additional fee.
Delivery Location Access:
We require access to your delivery location 30 minutes prior to your event. Large events will require additional set-up time.
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Company Checks.
Production Event Fee
All events requiring rentals, staff or special set up are subject to a
20% production event fee
All orders will be charged 8.5% local tax.
Flowers and decorative requests are subject to a fee.
Any leftover food that meets our food safety guidelines will be donated to a local food bank.
Contract / Event Orders
All event orders must be signed and returned to our sales office prior to your event. Online orders must received confirmation back from our sales office.
Please notify our sales office at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after this deadline, Client will be charged 100% of the cost of the event. Cancellations made 25 hours to 48 hours notice. Client will be charge 50% of the cost of the event.
